July 19th - Sep 2nd on Monday, Tuesday and Fridays,
strength trainer Ryan Riess is leading strength and explosiveness training at the High School from 8:00am - 9:15am.  
 
July 19th - 23rd: Coach Erin Moore will lead girls at the track for extra running on the track from 9:00am - 9:30am. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 It is important all players are healthy, happy, and hungry for the 2010- 2011 season.  You have to be in shape to get in shape.
